Again with the long breaks...

This is probably my longest break without writing. I should get a prize.
Fortunately, I'm assuming the long break scared off the 2 people who actually read my blog after I left Deutschland so now I'm free to write WHATEVER! mwa ha ha.

I'm graduated from college now so that means I'm in the "real world". Which isn't that much different than the college world, as I don't have a job yet. If you know of any lawyers who need a legal assistant, let me know. Preferably in Chicago.
On the bright side, after 4 years, I finally have a car! It's a corolla (surprise, surprise) and feels like a new car (aside from the slight wear and couple of stains on the seats... coffee, I think? ;-)) I am awesome and managed to get a GREAT deal, paying less than the edmunds.com pricing for it. Jonathan came with to help me 1. because I needed support to actually do it (buying a car is nerve wracking!) and 2. because having a guy helps you get a better deal if you're a girl/woman. So much for women's lib ;-).
Last night Sam, Eliot, Anthony and I went to the Cubs/Brewers game in Milwaukee. Traffic was abysmal, due to rush hour, tons of people coming up from chicago to go to the game, and construction which closed several onramps in Milwaukee. However the game was a lot of fun. The Cubs won (7-2) and it was very exciting. The stadium is AMAZING, new and shiny and spacious. After a homerun, they shoot off fireworks. I wish wrigley field would do the same. It would make the games much more exciting ;-).
Hopefully I'll get to see Pirates of the Caribbean 2 tonight. That's the plan, at least.
